Terry Rigg Budget Stretcher We are very sad to report that our dear friend, Terry Rigg, passed away in October of 2010. Our sympathy and prayers go out to his dear family, we know they meant the world to him. We will miss you Terry!!! Terry was the editor of the Budget Stretcher web site and newsletter. After 30 years of counseling friends and relatives about the proper way to manage their personal finances, he decided to make this experience available on the web.
