Broiled Salmon

Although salmon can be an expensive fish to make,
it often goes on sale at the grocery store making it quite affordable. And
this is how I like to serve it when it does, I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients:
4 fresh salmon fillets, or steaks
Lemon juice
Melted butter
Dressing...
1/2 c. light mayonnaise
1 1/2 T. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. milk
Directions:
Mix dressing ingredients together and place in the
refrigerator. Drizzle or soak fish with lemon juice and then the
butter. Broil for 6-8 minutes on each side (or until fish flakes easily
with fork). Remove skin if desired and serve salmon with dressing.
