Frugal Recipes Readers' Recipes Ground Bologna Sandwiches Years ago my mom taught me to be frugal. On Sunday's she would teat us to ham salad on hard rolls, except we didn't have money for ham. She used bologna instead of ham and ground it up in the old metal meat grinder, adding sweet and sour pickles and mixing it up with Miracle Whip. I am now 64 years old and have her old meat
grinder and still make my ground Bologna. It is still much cheaper than Ham. * * *
