Great Tasting Meatloaf with Homemade

When everyone groans about having meatloaf again, we always look surprised... come to find out, it's because ours tastes better and that's why we love it! I hope you will enjoy this favorite family recipe and share a few of your favorites too! :o)
1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1 c. dry bread crumbs (about 4 slices of bread)
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 T. dried parsley
1 tsp. rubbed sage
1/2 c. catsup
4 T. brown sugar
1-2 tsp. dry mustard
Mix meatloaf ingredients together (do not mix with a food processor!) and bake in a loaf pan for 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. Spoon off fat and spread with topping, bake for another 10 minutes.
