Peel back skin and sprinkle lightly with seasonings. Pull skin back over chicken pieces and sprinkle basil or oregano lightly over top of chicken. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on HIGH for 12 to 13 minutes. Remove and discard waxed paper, baste chicken and microwave on HIGH for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
