Thrifty Money-Saving Tips Juice

My
tip is for using up half-full juice boxes, soda pop or other flavored drinks.

I am a mother of 3 and none of my children seem able to finish a cup of any of these type of drinks. So I take the half-full juice box or whatever we are drinking that day (other than milk as I make them sit and drink that until the cup is empty) then I put it into a cup with a craft stick, or plastic spoon, and freeze it. That way, we have frozen treats when we need something sweet and it was made with what we already owned. We have had root beer, lemonade, apple and orange juice, and I have even done this with flavored and colored yogurts as my kids don't finish those either! * * * October 2005 Tip Rewards Winner!!!
